EU Said to Be Unlikely to Issue Break-Up Order to Google for Now
EU antitrust authorities are said to be contemplating an order for Alphabet's Google to halt anti-competitive practices in its adtech operations, but they will not order a breakup as previously suggested. Regulators are expected to announce a decision related to the investigation into Google's adtech practices in the upcoming months, accompanied by a substantial fine.
