Nvidia Sued By Three Authors Over AI Use of Copyrighted Books Without Permission
Nvidia has been sued by three authors who claim that the chipmaker used their copyrighted books without permission to train its NeMo AI platform. The US firm has touted NeMo as a fast and affordable way to adopt generative AI, and is not the first firm to be sued for the use of copyrighted work to train AI models.
