US Justice Department's Antitrust Case Against Google's Advertising Practices Gets Fast-Paced Schedule
The US Justice Department's antitrust lawsuit challenging Google's digital advertising technology practices has been fast-tracked, after a federal judge on Friday said the firm and the DoJ must disclose factual evidence by January 18, 2024. Google and the US Justice Department had sought at least five additional months to prepare for the upcoming trial.
