Philips Selling Home Appliance Arm to Asian Investment Firm Hillhouse Capital for EUR 3.7 Billion
Philips announced the sale of its home appliances business to Asian investment firm Hillhouse Capital for EUR 3.7 billion (roughly Rs. 31,760 crores), as the former electronics giant focuses on healthcare.
