How to Apply for High Security Registration Plates in Delhi: All You Need to Know
Delhi Transport Department has made it mandatory for all vehicle owners in the national capital to install the high security registration plate (HSRP) on your vehicle. Car owners can apply for one by logging on to bookmyhsrp.com. Violators can be fined up to Rs. 10,000.
